Project :
Aerohive Networks has introduced a new machine learning, client-comparative analytics capability for real-time and client-experience performance monitoring and optimization. It was designed to be available in all of Aerohive’s deployment options (Public Cloud, Private Cloud, and On-Premises).
Problem:
The Comparative Analytics required facelift, The organization's needed their analytics redesigned because the original design lacked an intuitive way to understand the high level of information.
Solution
Through the research department we gathered the following insight to design a new widget design. These were all implemented .
Day, Week, Month client usage and health when the client was actually connected to the network,
Session and aggregate views of client location and experience, where the client sent and received the most data when connected to the network,
Create an Seamless Login Page for the Analytics
We chose interviewing internal users in various departments to gain insight
Where are my users getting confused? Is it easy for my users to navigate through the analytics ?Should I add on-screen guidance? What colors will drive my user to the desired action?Do your users understand what is important?Do you know what would be an effective login experience ?
UI Design Kit
The Design Kit, a comprehensive collection of all site components and UI patterns. Both documents are constantly changing as the app and the branding developed as part of the re-design with the analytics
Login
Part of the Analytics design included also a new login page to sign in. This was a set of designs created for the login but in the end only one prototype was used.
