Health App :
The Problem : Consumers are often confused by the bills sent by their providers and the Explanation of Benefits sent by their insurance company. The bills make little sense, are usually all paper, and don’t include plain English explanations of services.
Solution:
I started to create a new platform that explores a way to look at bills for Mahler Health . Through
investigations I was able to create prototypes for defining simplistic billing changes. It would
be user friendly so explanation of services would be easy to navigate. These designs would need to be tested and reworked. They are a case study of what could be possible in creating a new app design for their healthcare services.
